Mrs. Cain's child development class has been learning about developmental disabilities and created hands on learning activities to help with sensory and motor skills. Today they had the opportunity to share those activities with students at RES. Everyone has so much fun! Thank you Mrs. Ashley for opening your doors and allowing the students at RHS to have this hands on learning experience!

Mrs. Mofield's kindergarten class at Rivercrest Elementary received over 281 pieces of mail as part of their Hearts Across America project. Mail was received from England, Belize, Canada, Disney World, the Governor of Arkansas, other schools, a hotel in New Orleans, and EVERY state in our country. The class has enjoyed homemade cards, lots of gifts, postcards, maps, and photos. This was an amazing experience for Mrs. Mofield and her students. They used the information from the project to explore geography, math, and literacy skills as well as to discover fun facts about places from people all over the United States and beyond.
