Congrats to RHS Platinum and Gold WorkKeys Award winners. WorkKeys assessments measure foundational skills required for success in the workplace. Students were celebrated with lunch at K-Pot in Jonesboro for their outstanding scores and were exposed to a new cultural experience.

Students in Mrs. Elder's art classes are working on a pottery project in which they will create cell phone amplifiers. Once completed students will glaze the projects and they will be fired in the kiln.

The Colts overcame a 12 point 4th quarter deficit to grab the road win at Osceola 71-68. The Colts were down 4 with 53 seconds left when Fran Robinson nailed a 3 to pull Rivercrest to within one. Buddah Harris gave the Colts a lead on the next possession. After a Jayden Young steal, Young scored on a putback to set the final score. Young led the Colts with 19. Buddah Harris poured in 16. Cavonta Washington scored 12. Rivercrest improved to 23-2 overall and finished the undefeated in conference with a 12-0 record. GO COLTS!

Catch our Junior Colts in 3A-3 Conference Tournament action on Saturday, February 3 at Harrisburg.
The Colts edged out Harrisburg on the road 57-54. Fran Robinson led the Colts with 19. Jayden Young had 11 and Koby Turner added 10. Rivercrest improves to 22-2 overall and 11-0 in conference. The Colts are the outright 3A-3 conference champions.

Jostens Ring Ceremony was held yesterday for students who ordered senior rings. This event is hosted by our Jostens rep and gives students the chance to check out their senior rings for the first time and show them off to their classmates! #classof2024 #classof2025

Students in grades 10th, 11th, and 12th attended a prom safety presentation with a hands-on activity provided by the Instructor Aaron Schenk. Students participated in activities in the Breath Alcohol Testing/Sobriety Checkpoint vehicle, affectionately known as the BAT Mobile. This vehicle is an important tool in the state's arsenal to combat drunk driving and is incredibly high-tech.
